How long does delivery take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2pm, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy for skates and scooters?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on protective gear if the hygiene seal is broken.
How do I know which size skate to order?
We recommend checking the specific size guide on each product page. Generally, we suggest ordering one size larger than your standard shoe size for inline skates to allow for thicker socks and foot expansion during exercise.
Do you offer assembly services for complete scooters?
Most of our scooters arrive 90% assembled. You will usually only need to attach the handlebars and tighten the clamp using the provided Allen key. Detailed instructions are included in every box.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Klarna and Clearpay for orders over a certain value.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products come with a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration varies by brand but typically covers 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.
